Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process involves support provided to a spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which are largely transaction in nature, supporting an entry level HR analyst position.
  • Engage in processing and reviewing of transactions as per the standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Support the manager in the management of workflow and reporting.
  • Responsible to perform all data management activities with 100% quality met for critical processes and 99% for non-critical processes.
  • Manage the HR application tool with the employee database by making the necessary changes as applicable.
  • Widely work on HR Cruise tool with updating and reports, being part of QC team.
  • Responsible for achieving the desired quality and show positive trend in quality for an HR operations analyst role.
