You will function as an expert for a business lending loan and collaborate closely with clients to ensure accurate processing of loan requests and first-time-right responses to end customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead client operations commercial loan activities – Originations / Booking / Servicing
- Bring domain expertise in commercial loans operations relevant to commercial loan operations jobs
- Partner with the transition and transformation teams for setting new operations
- Speak publicly with Risk / Customers to resolve daily operational queries
- Answer Risk & customer queries within stipulated timelines
- Collaborate with Risk, Closing, and Onboarding teams to understand the loan structure of upcoming accounts
- Prepare and send Admin Details to maintain smooth communication channels
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- University Graduates (B.Com./BBA)
- Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in the banking industry will be preferred, supporting banking operations associate roles.
- Good knowledge of financial Skills
