They seek a Junior Sustainability Data Analyst to join their team. You will support the sustainability data analyst reporting, project management, data management, platform, compliance and reporting functions for a wide range of assets across JLL as part of sustainability data analyst jobs Bangalore. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the reporting team with insights, analytics, preparing data and presentations relevant to a sustainability reporting analyst function.
- Assist the team with delivering projects that will enable clients to meet sustainability reporting objectives.
- Develop a detailed understanding of JLL’s sustainability reporting application and how we support clients in measuring sustainability performance.
- Assist the team with client delivery milestones to ensure they are being met.
- Liaise with team members, outside consultants and contractors to assist in documentation collection, issue resolution and project scheduling.
- Jointly manage commissioning projects, developing commissioning activity schedules and sequences-of-work.
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, reports, and progress updates, ensuring all documents are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
- Create and distribute project closeout reports using Microsoft word, excel, and SharePoint.
- Review and processing of project proposals, change orders, and invoices within financial system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A passion for Sustainability and pulling together associated Data and Reporting connected to sustainability data analytics.
- Experience in Sustainability data and reporting
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Insights, element visualisation, and presenting data.
- Previous project management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office products.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedules.
