Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support while meeting case management, SLAs, and C-SAT targets.
  • Ensure timely and complete resolution of technical issues and customer business challenges.
  • Advocate customer priorities internally within the Marketo team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in functional and technical areas of Marketo technology.
  • Communicate clearly with customers in both written and verbal form, maintaining accurate case records.
  • Share best practices to enhance support quality and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Participate as part of a 24×7 Support Team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be a technical graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues in complex software environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software solutions such as Marketing Automation, CRM, PRM, or SFA in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong organizational abilities for prioritizing, multitasking, and managing cross-departmental projects.
