Roles and Responsibilities
The Technology Consulting team provides advisory and implementation services focused on improving client IT operations. As an Analyst Trainee, you will:
- Deliver services in line with Technology Consulting capabilities.
- Understand business requirements and functional needs.
- Prepare technical/functional/process documents and maintain documentation repositories.
- Build, test, and deliver technical solutions.
- Support application design activities and documentation.
- Create technical specifications and participate in unit testing.
- Create test data, test scripts, and execute testing cycles.
- Support infrastructure setup tasks.
- Use defined tools and processes for daily operational activities.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and collaborate with global teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Eligible Academics
- Year of graduation: 2025
- Minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA
Eligible Degrees
- B.Tech / B.E (Computer Science, IT, Circuit Branches, Allied branches)
- M.Tech / M.E / 5-year Integrated Courses
- MCA
Note: Candidates must not have applied for a consulting role at Deloitte US–India Offices in the last 6 months.
General Expectations
- Registration under the Apprenticeship Act through a tripartite agreement.
- One-year probation from the date of joining.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving & prioritization ability.
