Roles and Responsibilities
- Work as part of a global Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) operating 24/7 on rotational shifts.
- Support security incident detection, response, and reporting through SIEM tools and client platforms.
- Analyze, interpret, and report on client data to provide actionable security insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fine-tune security tools and improve detection accuracy.
- Assist with malware analysis, network forensics, and endpoint protection.
- Maintain documentation, follow SOPs, and support process improvements for consistent global delivery.
- Learn and apply concepts across Windows, Linux, and LAN technologies.
- Adhere to ITIL and cybersecurity best practices to ensure service quality and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Certifications such as AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
- Working knowledge of SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems.
- Basic understanding of security architecture and network vulnerabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and proactive under pressure.
- Freshers with an interest in SOC operations or cybersecurity analysis are encouraged to apply.
