Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical guidance in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving reported problems via phone, email, and chat.
- Perform issue recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up activities.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely support.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise in Windows OS, PC hardware, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, and COTS applications.
- Working knowledge of ITIL best practices, especially Incident and Request Management procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree required; B.Tech/B.E. preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Minimum 1 year of international calling experience preferred.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7 support environment).
