Job Description: Cloud Specialist 1
The Cloud Specialist 1 will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining Hyland’s cloud infrastructure. This includes incident management, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain servers, applications, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and performance issues.
- Document incidents and maintain ITSM records.
- Ensure maximum uptime and system performance.
- Handle escalation management within SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Perform disaster recovery and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Classify, assess, and assign unresolved incidents appropriately.
- Track incidents and communicate updates to users and leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT or Engineering preferred).
- 0.6–3 years of experience in infrastructure support or NOC.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, CRM applications, and ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds or BMC.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written).
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights.
- Customer handling experience is an added advantage.
- Freshers with certifications in Cloud Computing or ITIL will be preferred.
