The Executive Administration Analyst supports the Executive Administration process by ensuring seamless project collaboration, effective communication, and efficient operations. This position plays a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction by enabling onshore teams to deliver excellent service. Key tasks include managing project workflows, handling client communications, assisting consultants, preparing reports, and supporting compliance processes such as data privacy, security, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Communication Management: Handle client and internal correspondence, ensuring clarity and timely responses.
- Operational Assistance: Support consultants and leaders with project and client management tasks.
- Client Due Diligence: Respond to client questionnaires on data privacy, security, and ESG compliance.
- Purchase Order Management: Generate purchase orders for client payments within AON systems.
- Time & Expense Tracking: Accurately submit consultant timecards and expense reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with peers to maintain service excellence and pursue ongoing learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate (non-technical preferred)
- Not eligible: B.E/B.Tech or regular postgraduates (MBA/MCA/MA/M.Sc/M.Tech)
