Job Description
As a Process Trainee at Infosys, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day business process operations to meet customer service levels and quality benchmarks. This role provides a great platform for fresh graduates to gain practical exposure to client communication, back-office operations, and process improvement techniques.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver daily process targets while ensuring adherence to customer SLAs.
- Perform transactions accurately as per client guidelines and within timelines.
- Follow governance mechanisms established between Infosys and clients.
- Maintain consistent quality and compliance with process standards.
- Be flexible to work according to business-aligned shifts, including night shifts if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Com, BBA, B.Pharm, or B.Sc (Chemistry).
- Work Experience: 0–1 year.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational or 24×7 shift schedules.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and process changes.
- Mortgage, Banking, or Insurance domain knowledge is an added advantage.
- Must have completed 15 years of formal education.
- Eligible Graduation Passout Years: 2022–2025.
