Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure Compliance & Uphold J&J Credo
- Adhere to laws, regulations, and internal company guidelines.
- Maintain ethical standards aligned with the Johnson & Johnson Credo.
- Maintain Operational Excellence
- Support functions like Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance Partner (BUF), and Account to Report (ATR).
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Build Trusted Business Partnerships
- Execute global finance strategies aligned with company taxonomy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional finance teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure process consistency across regions.
- Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and execute opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
- Foster a mindset of innovation to improve financial analysis and reporting processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently in 2nd year of Articleship in CA course.
- Preferably from a Big 4 CA firm with CA Inter cleared and rank.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and management teams.
- Open-minded, adaptable to change, and eager to learn new financial technologies.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple finance projects under deadlines.

Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel.
