Roles and Responsibilities

As part of the Guidehouse IT Support Team, the Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-level technical assistance and troubleshooting support to global users.
  • Identifying, researching, and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Supporting MS Office applications, operating systems, email configurations, and specialized software.
  • Logging and tracking user issues using any ticketing tool.
  • Routing complex technical queries to higher-level IT support when necessary.
  • Delivering exceptional helpdesk support services during night shifts for US-based clients.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and applying innovative problem-solving methods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
