Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform data validation and variance analysis to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with upstream teams to gather commentary and insights.
- Conduct data reconciliation between multiple systems for accuracy.
- Create visual reports using MS Office Tools, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for new process changes.
- Document all procedures in alignment with RCSA guidelines.
- Identify and resolve data issues by coordinating with technology teams.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual risk reports for internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ months of experience in Risk Analytics or equivalent education/training.
- Proficiency in SQL, Teradata, or Hadoop.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of risk reporting, including compliance and operational risks.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
