Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day Order to Cash operations, including cash application processing.
- Manage customer payments, reconcile accounts, and process adjustments.
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) functions by ensuring accurate posting and reconciliation.
- Solve routine financial queries using standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams and supervisors to meet performance goals.
- Prepare reports and summaries of cash flow and billing activities.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance with company financial policies.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required by business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduation
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply)
