Job Description
The Litigation Data Analyst will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate data processing, reporting, and technical support. This role combines analytical thinking, data transformation, and client communication. You’ll collaborate with departments like Engineering, IT, and Project Management, supporting data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities for hosted platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Management & Hosting Support
- Extract, transform, and load client data using custom plugins or flat files.
- Create and configure databases with appropriate access permissions.
- Maintain data quality and compliance across hosted systems.
- Client & Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance and customer service via phone, email, or screen-sharing tools.
- Manage account creation, end-user invitations, and occasional platform walkthroughs.
- Address client issues related to printing, search functionality, and system access.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Applications, and IT.
- Manage internal tasks using the company’s SLA-driven ticketing system.
- Participate in regular team meetings and company-wide town halls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (1+ years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
