Roles and Responsibilities
- Timely and Accurate Processing: Process credit card applications accurately and within timelines while adhering to internal compliance and procedural guidelines.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide best-in-class support to U.S. card applicants and existing members via inbound and outbound communication channels.
- Data Review and Analysis: Perform complete analysis of customer profiles to ensure data integrity and decision accuracy.
- Customer Relationship Management: Engage proactively with customers, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain data privacy and adhere to all banking regulations and security standards.
- Support Audits and New Initiatives: Assist with audit requirements, compliance checks, and ongoing process improvements.
- Act as Brand Ambassador: Represent American Express values and deliver high-quality service with every customer interaction.
- Shift Timings: 24×7 rotational shifts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
