Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle IT support projects of moderate complexity.
- Provide technical assistance for UPS Aircraft Maintenance iPads and Windows Tablet PCs.
- Analyze system logs to identify and resolve anomalies.
- Manage installation and removal of software/hardware as per client requirements.
- Document installation details for configuration management tracking.
- Perform hardware/software testing and fix malfunctions.
- Assist in developing installation procedures and documentation standards.
- Initiate and support system activities to meet project goals.
- Deliver internal/external customer training sessions for implementation and system rollouts.
- Collaborate with teams such as Operations Support and Wireless Communications Support during issue resolution.
- Provide 24×7 technical support as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting Apple iOS and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as AirWatch or Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of digital certificate management (SSL, license, and software signing certificates).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
