Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor client systems, networks, and IT infrastructure using security monitoring tools.
- Identify issues, vulnerabilities, or incidents before they escalate.
- Analyze and troubleshoot first-level incidents, identifying root causes and escalation paths.
- Provide 24/7 system monitoring support through chat or telephonic channels.
- Schedule and execute maintenance, patching, and configuration changes as per defined protocols.
- Document processes and update knowledge base articles for internal use.
- Participate in incident response, disaster recovery simulations, and cyber threat monitoring.
- Collaborate with team members to reduce repetitive incidents and enhance system reliability.
- Support automation initiatives for faster ticket resolution and improved efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications (preferred):
- CCNA / Network Security Certification
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- AWS Certified: Solutions Architect Associate
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Google Cloud / Oracle Cloud Certifications
- Basic understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) tools, ITIL processes, and incident management workflows.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and rotational shifts.

- Entry-level experience in network monitoring, data center support, or security operations within medium to large-scale organizations.
