Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn and operate the AEM Server and Designer to create and manage digital documents.
- Review and understand user stories in Jira; collaborate with Product Owners for clarifications.
- Develop and test PAC letters within specified timelines and ensure successful approval cycles.
- Maintain detailed documentation for authored letters, fragments, and variables for reuse.
- Write test plans and execute testing scenarios to ensure document accuracy and performance.
- Support the Product Owner in quality checks before documents are moved into production.
- Ensure all created content aligns with Ford’s standards and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
