In this role, you’ll assist in configuring new accounts, managing setup workflows, and ensuring clients are ready for launch with full functionality. You’ll collaborate with Onboarding Specialists, Engineering, and Customer Success Teams to streamline implementation and ensure client satisfaction from day one.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Configure new and existing TrueLark accounts according to business type and client requirements.
  • Generate login credentials and provide API access instructions for client platforms.
  • Manage API credential integration to ensure seamless system connectivity.
  • Customize account settings for individual business locations.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and perform final quality checks before go-live.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate timely transitions and smooth onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Excellent communication via Slack, email, and virtual meetings.
