Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software following company standards.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime.
- Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for IT assets.
- Provide VIP support with high-touch service for executives and manage audio-visual and conferencing technologies.
- Handle network printer installation and sharing configurations.
- Manage Office 365 support, including setup, troubleshooting, and user configuration.
- Install and troubleshoot coverage/compliance software.
- Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and procurement.
- Provide support for Mac devices and hybrid work setups.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Offer technical support for meetings, events, and after-hours sessions as needed.
- Document incidents, issues, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- EUC L1 and Basic Networking Skills (Mandatory).
- L1-level troubleshooting for LAN connectivity issues.
- Provide hands & feet support for network/server/application issues.
- Label racks and devices; assist with server mounting and movements.
- Support data center operations — including compute, storage, backup, and networking.
- Perform device reboots, cable management, console connections, and equipment racking.
- Collaborate with vendor support teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, and IT infrastructure basics.
