About the Role – Operations Analyst I
The Operations Analyst I will play a vital role in providing technical support across the entire eDiscovery lifecycle, from data ingestion and quality control to document review and production. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced hybrid work environment. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced data management and litigation support software to deliver efficient and accurate client outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Use proprietary and third-party eDiscovery software for managing data recovery and document review processes.
- Load, process, and search client data across multiple formats.
- Perform detailed searches of electronic data using in-house tools.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical and data-related issues.
- Provide technical documentation and end-user training for supported applications.
- Communicate project updates effectively with managers and clients.
- Generate analytical reports from databases for senior leadership.
- Work closely with internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance automation tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of UNIX systems, networking, and delimited data files.
- Familiarity with database applications and litigation support tools (advantageous).
