Roles and Responsibilities
- Support purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes by ensuring compliance with internal and external audit standards.
- Execute and manage routine accounting tasks with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and timely reporting.
- Maintain and monitor Internal Control Systems to safeguard against errors and financial discrepancies.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and receipts to ensure proper reconciliation and data accuracy.
- Record and maintain purchase data in accounting systems for efficient processing and real-time tracking.
- Address and resolve vendor-related issues and discrepancies to ensure seamless payment operations.
- Stay updated with financial best practices, SAP tools, and P2P automation technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
