Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle daily customer support requests through phone, email, or chat.
- Respond to, resolve, and escalate support tickets per SLA standards.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to identify and fix reported issues.
- Create customer accounts, manage access, and assist with product setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build training guides and improve user experience.
- Document solutions and contribute to a centralized knowledge base.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers for faster resolution.
- Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to product development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Technical background preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or IT service roles.
- Basic experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and Visio.
